Meat the Greek™ is currently seeking locations in your area. Please feel free to contact us with your inquiries or to propose an available space that may be suitable for us. The following are some site, demographic and lease requirements.

SITE REQUIREMENTS

Our restaurant can be developed in any of the following types of locations:

• In-line locations typically in urban areas with high pedestrian traffic.
• Location size: 1000 to 1500 sq.ft.
• Seating capacity: 24 to 30 seats


• End Cap locations of commercial retail properties in high traffic areas.
• Location size: 1500 to 2000 sq.ft.
• Seating capacity: 40 to 54 seats


• Non-traditional locations within airports, malls, casinos and universities allowing to build brand recognition among travelers and visitors.
• Location size: 250 to 400 sq.ft.

DEMOGRAPHICS

• Population: 50,000 or more within a 10 minute drive time
• Daytime population: 30,000 or greater
• Average household income: $40,000+ (3 mile radius)
• Minimum Traffic count: 25,000 ADT

LEASE REQUIREMENT5

• Lease requirements Five (5) year term with two (2) five (5) year options to renew.
• Negotiated tenant improvement allowance (optional)
• Standard “vanilla” shell with the following upgrades:
• Electrical needs: 220 amps 120/208v service
• Exhaust hood
• HVAC: 1 ton per 130 sq.ft. of leased premises, distributed per tenant plans
• Restrooms: Two (2) code approved public restrooms per tenant plans
• Sprinklers: As required by code
• Utilities: All utilities, service and hook-ups to space
